In secondo luogo – prosegue l’esponente sindacale – la sentenza della Sezione Lavoro del Tribunale di Napoli è un punto di partenza sulla quale costruire altre decine di vertenze in altrettante aziende, soprattutto nei call center sparsi in tutta la Provincia di Napoli, dove il ricorso alla somministrazione per la gestione dei picchi in eccedenza è l’escamotage che tante aziende medio grandi adottano per non assumere i giovani che, in questo modo, invecchiano restando precari e rimanendo così perennemente esclusi dal lavoro stabile e duraturo. ”
